PANEM, the ally of your negative storage
The range of PANEM preserver allows bakery and pastry makers to store products down to -20°C. Composed of 2 to 10 doors, for 400x600mm or 600x800mm supports, PANEM adapts each of these equipments according to your productions and your room. In order to respect each person’s recipes and finished products as much as possible our cold management allows the preservation of the taste and structural qualities of the products. Mass production and inventory management become easier with our equipment. All compartments are accessible through a gate with magnetic closure or powerful electric strike for low energy loss.
