To achieve this, Panem also offers a quality service.

All of the company’s staff is made aware of the need to continually train its network of distributors and importers. With our support, our partners have a duty to always optimally serve our customers in order to be increasingly effective.

Our network is developing in line with our growth. We select our partners depending on their technical know-how, and their capacity to intervene 7 days per week and 24 hours per day in order to ensure the satisfaction of users of our equipment. The expertise offered by our network, which has over 100 operating staff both in France and abroad, attests to its value.

The need to create this function became necessary for us. We therefore gave it the abbreviation “CSP” – which stands for Panem Customer Service.
