We created training sessions for the distributors of our network which wish to optimize competences of their technical and commercial teams and their competitiveness. 

At the origin, these programs were worked out to answer a request for training from our distributors, about applied techniques to PANEM equipment.  We estimate that these formations belong to the services that a manufacturer must be able to propose with his distribution network. We thus worked out three plans of formation

Our objectives :

Improved expertises of PANEM ‘s equipment and refrigerating technology. We also want to allow our distributors to advise in a relevant way the customers and diagnose the dysfunctions.
